"Cancellation of policy"
The Associate listened to what I had to say, researched and took care of canceling my membership immediately. My cancellation was due to nothing that I experienced with you, however my Chrysler dealership does not accept your policy and there the policy would not meet my needs if/when they arise.

The hold up is very long and most of the components it's not covered on your warranty even though it's stated it does the adjuster is not willing to pay for the parts even if it is covered this company give you the run around planning on leaving this company soon 😢

"This is the worst experience I’ve ever…"
This is the worst experience I’ve ever had with Car Shield. No seemed to know what was happening with my claim. The Adjuster never replied back to my repair shop with the correct information about my claim nor did he provide the correct information on how to route the estimate for the repair. I spent a week, and counting, in a rental. Customer service was horrible and unwilling to assist me with the process or to expedite my claim. As a Veteran I have never been mistreated like this before. I’m still out of a vehicle and paying out of pocket for a rental. Unacceptable and I will not be recommending any of the services to my military community. No made any attempt whatsoever to fix this.

"Needed to cancel."
Good service when I decided to sign up. A week later I ended up trading my car. Good service also when I changed my mind. I will use them again if I need the service.

My experience was not an automotive repair issue but a financial one. My issue was addressed immediately and corrected. I respect good quality customer focused service.

Very disappointed that company said they cover things but they don't cover the diagnostic tests to find out the problem. If i would have known that would have never bought the coverage. Will be canceling immediately.

"Didn't work for me"
Didn't have a vehicle for almost 2 months, I got the rum around with every person but one that I spoke with. One of the representatives hung-up the phone on me even though I was not being rude. The whole experience did not work for me.

everything that was said on the TV and the conversation I had with the Rep, I was under the impression I could take my vehicle to any repair shop I wanted to, but no one around here that I want to take my vehicle to will accept the coverage, and boy did I get a ear full, however, car shield explained why this was and I understand now, it made sense, I guess you might have to drive a little to save a lot, good for me Thank you car shield !!

"Service and customer politeness!"
They signed me up expeditiously. Unfortunately, I had to cancel three months later because I no longer had the car that was insured. They canceled me with no hassle and were very polite inviting me back when I get another car. Most on line product companies give you a hard time if you have to cancel. CarShield did not.

Be transparent right away.. i have paying this for almost 5 years then they denied my first claim .be specific with the issues covered so I wont be guessing next time. I asked a copy for covered car issues but no response yet..

My experience with CarShield was horrible. I am a Senior and paid on a plan for my grandson's car for 3 years, only to be denied when we filed a claim. He was away at school, was unable to get a rental car, waiting to hear from them took forever and was denied. On top of that the representative was very rude to me.
